With the boom of digital transformation in recent years, enterprises have started to seek mobile digital solutions, Hilton Law, CEO of Integrated Solutions Limited, says. Its product, ReportNOW, has gained increasing attention in the rising trend of remote work under the epidemic.

ReportNOW mainly focuses on the business-to-business (B2B) market, with sales reaching $10 million last year, an increase of 20% compared with 2020; product sales also has an increase of more than 200% year-on-year. So far, the product has been adopted by over 200 companies, of which 80% are local businesses. Its platform integrates with the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) technology. The former can be used to scan name cards and documents and convert them into data; the latter can place 3D modelling in the scene for previewing.

“Over the past two years, there have been uncertainties about the epidemic situation in Hong Kong, but we discovered that many customers will take advantage of the quiet time of business to invest resources in digital processes.” Apart from repair & maintenance, property management and other industries, catering industries also use its service to replace the traditional punch card machine with Internet of Things (IoT) devices, Hilton explains.

Hilton further elaborates that, “you can build the required reports in minutes without having anyone with an IT background, and the assistance of programming tools and developers.” The platform can process and analyse the data collected. There are other low-code platforms in the market which means that there is still a certain demand for programming talents using low code development.
