On 31 March 2021, Efficiency Office and Hong Kong Science Park co-organized a Solution Day on e-Services at the Hong Kong Science Park. This event aims at introducing market-ready I&T solutions for government departments to implement e-Services, share of successful implementation cases to encourage technology adoption, and foster innovative culture among government departments. It brought together 47 VIPs and 192 guests from over 35 departments to look for innovative solutions.

After receiving license application request and getting approved from the government departments, the applicant can add the e-license with QR code to their e-Wallet while clicking the email confirmation link. Through scanning the QR code on the e-license, residents can check the authenticity from the government website directly.
