The Efficiency Office, the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation and Cyberport jointly organised the Innovation and Technology Solution Expo 2022 on 11 November, 2022 to showcase the latest innovation solutions of 46 innovation and technology companies to more than 390 officials from 55 government bureaux and departments (B/Ds).

The purpose of this expo is to help B/Ds understand the latest innovation and technology (I&T) solutions in the market and assist the I&T sectors to better understand the business needs of the Government in various areas of work. Throughout the event, there were sharing sessions on adopting innovation and technology solutions in the public sector, panel discussion on funding and support for digitalisation of government services, pitching sessions on I&T solutions, networking sessions as well as guided tours. The I&T solutions covered a wide variety of business areas, e.g. analysis & decision making, customer service, and case management and workflow.
