To meet the needs of digital transformation, Analogue Holdings Limited (01977) started to adopt the no-code platform so that staff without programming skills can learn to create reports to replace the traditional handwritten records while they can also collect and analyse data from the maintenance work. Up to this point, their staff have completed about 30 reports which saves much time and cost compared to the former outsourcing approach.
“We hope to better utilise and manage our resources and allow colleagues to transmit relevant data back for analysis in the future.” The new approach can reduce the need for field staff to return to the office to hand in physical forms, in line with the remote working mode under the epidemic.
