HKT invited ISL to join SME Press Event
On 6 November 2013, HKT, a member of PCCW, organized a HKT SME Press Event. The event aims to project HKT as the ICT expert for SMEs and SME-related associations, and to introduce the comprehensive solutions for the 4 industries – Retail, Food and Beverage, Trading and Manufacturing, and Professional Service.
A welcome speech is delivered to announce HKT’s competence and dedication in providing a specific array of solutions to suit the needs of the 4 target industries. Solutions overview and demo, as well as the customer testimonial are presented. Besides, ISL which is one of the partners had an opportunity to share
e-M-POWER on Demand to Trading and Manufacturing Industries.
ISL was invited to present in CPA Australia Course
On 21 November 2013, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited, Kyocera Document Solutions Hong Kong Limited and Integrated Solutions Limited (ISL) were invited by CPA Australia to hold a course on improving data security and streamlining the workflow. This course aims at helping members to enrich the IT knowledge and use the new technology to streamline current work flow. Also, the data security part will help members to handle their document in a more secure way.
There were three speakers - Mr. Ralph Wu, who is a Solutions Manager in Solutions Consulting team, Commercial Group of HKT, Mr. Raymond Lam, who is the Product Marketing Manager of Kyocera, and Mr. Roy Lok, a Sales Manager of ISL. They presented on cloud document management for accountants, effective ways to manage accounting documents, streamlining the workflow for accountants by e-M-POWER ERP system and demo, Q&A and case sharing.
ReportNOW on Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair 2014
Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair 2014 is held on 6th to 9th January at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai. During the fair, Tera Age is invited by WTIA to demonstrate the ReportNOW on Smart Tech Area to the comers.
ReportNOW empowers users to run, submit and schedule the reports with real-time data on their smart phones just like viewing them on the desktop / laptop. And with internet access, users can obtain the information they need anywhere and anytime.

Seminar held by HKPC on Frontline Automation
On 28th February 2014, Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) held a seminar for free. HKPC has professional service like system evaluation, process improvement and proven methodology. The seminar is called Frontline Automation which is about staff cost reduction, efficiency improvement and real time integration.
There are 2 sessions in the seminar. The first session is organized by Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and held by Senior Project Officer, Clifford Yu. The second session is organized by Integrated Solutions Limited (ISL) and presented by our Sales Manager, Roy Lok, introducing

Seminar held with FHKI & PCCW on the application of cloud technology
On the 06th March 2014, Federation of Hong Kong Industries (FHKI) held a seminar with PCCW-HKT, Kyocera, Symantec and ISL. FHKI promotes and fosters the interests of Hong Kong’s industrial and business communities, also promotes technological advancement in Hong Kong.
This seminar invites experts to share and discuss cloud technology and its security measures, also propose effective solutions for SMEs. PCCW-HKT sent Mr. Ralph Wu, their enterprise communication solutions consultancy office manager to introduce their products named Mobile Catalog. ISL sent their sales manager, Mr. Roy Lok to introduce e-M-POWER on Demand and how cloud enterprise resource planning system help SME business.
