On 22 January 2016, the 30th Anniversary Celebration of Integrated Solutions Ltd. (ISL) was launched and the event was a great success.

The Celebration Cocktail and “Steve Jobs” movie appreciation event

In the celebration cocktail, a prize game was conducted with the utilization of ReportNOW, the mobile data interchange platform, on which participants simply scanned the QR code and answered the questions. One of the participants with the correct answers was picked in the lucky draw and received a travel coupon.

The celebration ended with the movie appreciation for “Steve Jobs”. The movie revealed to us the influence of Steve Jobs behind the digital revolution and depicted it as the golden age of his life. "The only way to do great work is to love what you do." - Steve Jobs

ReportNOW is one of ISL’s flagship products. ISL will launch ReportNOW on demand version which is subscription based.

PolyU Career Fair 2016

On 18 March 2016, ISL participated in the "PolyU Career Fair 2016" held by the Office of Careers and Placement Services (CAPS) of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

The Office of Careers and Placement Services (CAPS) aim to provide a link between employers and students to optimize students’ career plans. More than 250 companies from different industries participated in the Career Fair 2016 and offered over 500 internship and graduate jobs.

Furthermore, Recruitment Talk and CEO Talk / Industry Sharing were held in the Career Fair 2016 for students to learn about various opportunities in the employment market and job requirements. ISL shared the latest market trend and career path for the IT industry.

Seminar on Catering Automation Management in a New Generation
On 15 March 2016, Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants & Related Trades (HKFORT) and the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) held a seminar on "Catering Automation Management in a New Generation” at Hong Kong Science Park.

This seminar shared how to adopt automation technology for enhancing the competitiveness of the catering industry. Mr. Hilton Law, CEO of ISL, was honored to be the speaker and shared the trend and the research on the use of mobile devices, consumer lifestyles and purchasing behavior, the importance of mobile Apps, and Apps development platform. Also, other speakers shared about the automated catering equipment with demonstration.

Furthermore, some attendees were keen to find out more about Conzoomer Apps development platform, such as app development, the e-stamps function, the order function and the push notification function, etc.

HKUST 18th Career Mosaic
On 11 March 2016, Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) invited Hong Kong Science Park’s companies to participate in the "HKUST 18th Career Mosaic" held by the Career Center of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). ISL was one of the participants of Hong Kong Science Park. More than 160 companies had provided jobs for the graduates and internship opportunities from industries including Information Technology, Manufacturing, Property/Real Estate, Retail/Wholesale/Trading, Financial Services, Asset Management, Hospitality and Insurance, etc.

Further information of e-M-POWER on Demand [cloud enterprise resource planning system] and ReportNOW [interactive mobile reporting solution was provided to the HKUST students for a better understanding of the Cloud solution and mobility solution.

Career Expo at Science Park 2016
On 5 March 2016, ISL participated in the “Career Expo 2016 at Science Park” held by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP).

Companies in Hong Kong Science Park offered 1,000 full-time, part-time and internship opportunities suitable for all job seekers including fresh graduates and university students. In this career expo, different career seminars, job search workshops and presentation skills seminar were held to share the latest trends on the Information technology industry, job interview skills, further education and entrepreneurship as well as presentation skills, etc. The response from the attendees’ was very positive.

Many fresh graduates were interested in First@ Science Park programme as to how ReportNOW, the interactive mobile reporting solution, can be integrated into the Science Park's property management system to improve the efficiency and deployment of the job order for the patrol officers of the facility management team. Our e-M-POWER on Demand [cloud enterprise resource planning system], ReportNOW [interactive mobile reporting solution], Conzoomer [App development platform] were being inquired by many students.

E-Commerce and Cloud Computing Seminar held by HKPC-SME One and PCCW-HKT
On 25 February 2016, the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) and Hong Kong Telecom (HKT) held “E-Commerce and Cloud Computing Seminar” at “SME One”. HKPC opened “SME One” that objective is to assist 300,000 SMEs in Hong Kong understand and utilize the variety of support and funding schemes available in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta region.

This seminar shared how Online to Offline (O2O) and eCommerce can help SMEs and new startups to receive payment, how to move the business to the cloud and coordinate with online business development, how to develop global sales on eBay, how to escape the confines of traditional marketing and simply open up the channel online sales on mobile.

In the seminar, Mr. Hilton Law, CEO of ISL, was honored to be speaker and shared the trend and research of using mobile device, consumer lifestyles and purchasing behavior, the importance of mobile Apps for your business and Apps development platform. Furthermore, other speakers include PayPal, HKT, eBay.

The presentation was greeted with great enthusiasm. Also, many attendees were keen to find out more about our Mobility solutions [ReportNOW & Conzoomer], such as app development, e-stamps function, order function, online reservation function and etc.

HKBU-SCE Guest Lecture
On 22 February 2016, Mr. Hilton Law, CEO of ISL, was honored to be the speaker for the guest lecture of e-Marketing at the School of Continuing Education, Hong Kong Baptist University.

Mr. Hilton Law shared the issues of marketing with traditional media, key channels of e-Marketing, performance measurement of e-Marketing, e-Marketing strategy, case study of e-Marketing, and so on.

After the talk, many students inquired about the trends of e-Marketing and the key channels of e-Marketing, such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO) and facebook marketing, etc.

Student Education Fair on Science, Technology and Mathematics 2016
On 23 January 2016, the Education Bureau and the Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation jointly held the event, "Student Education Fair on Science, Technology and Mathematics 2016". Mr. Hilton Law, CEO of ISL, was honored to be a speaker in the seminar of "Chat with Innovation Hero".

This fair aims to showcase and celebrate a wide range of student achievements on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) related areas. This signature event will provide quality learning experiences for students to enhance their interests in learning, creativity and innovation as well as to strengthen their ability in integrating and applying cross-disciplinary knowledge and skills.

Mr. Hilton Law talked about the change in the IT industry as to how it has affected the lifestyle of Hong Kong people as well as the latest Mobile App Development Trends, and encouraged the students to chase their dreams and "Be an innovator, be a programmer".

「菁青相惜分享會」- Lui Ming Choi Lutheran College
On 19 January 2016, Centum Charitas Foundation organized a sharing session named "菁青相惜分享會" in Lui Ming Choi Lutheran College. Mr. Hilton Law, CEO of ISL, was honored to be a speaker in the sharing session.

Mr. Hilton Law shared how to use positive attitude to meet adversity in his life and described life as a roller coaster with ups and downs which enriches life experience and leads to a wonderful life. Furthermore, he encouraged students to keep dreaming and never give up on themselves.
