ReportNOW Helps DCH MSC Provide Better After-Sales Services

With the smooth business development in recent years, ISL has not only focused on serving the SME, but also gained support from many large enterprises such as Dah Chong Hong Motor Service Centre Ltd. (DCH MSC), a subsidiary company of DCH Holdings. They have adopted the ReportNOW system for electronic maintenance reporting since May 2018.

After introducing ReportNOW, the mechanics from DCH MSC have started to complete the maintenance report via their smartphones, take photos of the specic inspection items with the built-in functions, and instantly upload reports to the company's existing original database and ERP system. When meeting up with clients, the customer service team prints out the e-maintenance reports generated by ReportNOW and shows their clients the conditions of dierent parts of the cars so that the clients can have a better grasp of the condition of their vehicles.


With the help of ReportNOW, the DCH MSC provides customers with better after-sales services, which increase customer satisfaction and enhance the company's professional impression. ISL is very grateful to DCH for its trust. In the future, we will actively coordinate with the development of other services of the DCH Group and continue to expand ReportNOW's application in its agented car brands such as Audi and Bentley.
