This cutting-edge solution enhances both security and operational efficiency by allowing employees to seamlessly enter the premises using iBeacon technology, QR code scanning, and NFC-enabled access.
The implementation, led by our team, ensures a frictionless and secure access experience for MES employees while eliminating the need for physical access cards. This upgrade not only streamlines entry procedures but also strengthens security by leveraging advanced authentication methods.
Furthermore, with the integration of ReportNOW, attend- ance tracking has been fully digitized. Streamlining Manpower Procedures and Avoiding Time Discrepancies
Before the introduction of the rTag system, GOLFZON had been using traditional time clock for clocking in, requiring employees to clock in and out by inserting their cards to record their time. The traditional paper-based timekeeping method required various manual processes to be followed. For example, when an employee was late or had left early, the HR department had to mark the total days manually. In addition, traditional time clocks were prone to time discrepancies, leading to inaccurate clock-in times that needed manual adjustment.
With the help of rTag system, all processes have been digitalized. Employees now only need a smartphone to automatically clock in. The reports generated directly by ReportNOW allow for clear visibility of days and times of lateness, while also preventing time discrepancies.
Flexibility in Clocking Procedures to Align with Work Schedule
The person in charge of GOLFZON also mentioned that before settling on the rTag and ReportNOW systems, they had considered other digitalized clocking solutions and most of which were more suitable for offices with fixed working hours that lacked flexibility. As GOLFZON employees work in shifts, it is necessary to input the shift schedules into the system in advance. Moreover, employees arriving early could offset their work hours. Therefore, the rTag and ReportNOW systems perfectly fit the company's operational mode, making timekeeping and working hours calculations easy to manage.
