- Principal of Market Platform Dynamics, a strategic consulting firm HQ in Boston
- Part time teaching: EMBA in Chinese University of Hong Kong
- Worked for AT&T Bell Labs, HK Telecom, was CEO and Founder of Silicon Venture Ltd
