Century Legend was incorporated on June 7, 1993. The management team looks into other business or investment opportunities to improve Century Legend's income base. The company is an investment holding company. Its principal subsidiaries are engaged in the money leading, travel agency and health and beauty service.

FlexSystem (Stock Code : 8050)

ISL and FlexSystem have similar backgrounds in software solution development and are backed by solid operating history. Under the agreement dated August 21, 2001, FlexSystem will acquire a total of approximately 25% of the issued share capital of ISL. On top of the said capital injection, this partnership will see experience exchange between the two companies in areas such as product development, sales, support and consultancy, and help to formulate best practices for the computer software industry.
