Experts from the United Kingdom and Sweden shared their insights and experience in smart city initiatives. Some of the HKSAR government representatives also joined as panel members in a discussion titled “Smart Government Smart Hong Kong” chaired by Ir Allen Yeung, the Government Chief Information Officer. Officials from Electrical and Mechanical Service Department, Planning Department, Environment Protection Department, Transport Department and Water Supplies discussed their previous works and planning in order to help Hong Kong achieve its smart city plan.
