The "I.T. Academic Exchange Tour 2010" was a success
On 26 JAN 2010, the ¡§I.T. Academic Exchange Tour¡¨ co-organized by ISL, IVE (Tuen Mun) and Shenzhen University - College of Computer Science and Software Engineering was a success.
On that day, Mr. Edwin Deng ¡V General Manager of ISLSZ, has shared experiences with IVE tutors and students about latest trend of software industry in mainland China, the daily operation of various departments and the challenges encounter etc, letting them to have a better understanding on how a software enterprise in mainly operates. We would like to take this opportunity to provide some guideline for IVE students to understand their interests and find an ideal career for themselves in the future.
Invited by Dr. Xiaogang Peng, Shenzhen University - College of Computer Science and Software Engineering, we then visited the campus of Shenzhen University. This also let IVE students experience the mainland academic atmosphere. We believe that this activity strengthens the connection between schools and businesses.
