HKSP Joint Seminar: "Overcoming Unprecedented Challenges of HRM by Effective Tools"

Under the global economic crisis, many enterprises are compelled to confront with the challenges of human resource management. On 13 March 2009, ISL has co-organized a joint seminar entitled as "HKSP Joint Seminar: "Overcoming Unprecedented Challenges of HRM by Effective Tools" with HKSTP at Hong Kong Sceience and Technology Parks. In this seminar, both our Sales Manager, Mr. Roy Lok has introduced what Human Resource Management (HRM) System is, the challenges to be handled by the HR experts under the financial tsunami; and explain how Human Resource Management System help businesses out of these challenges and motivate the infinite potential of human resource in order to maintain the competitive advantage. In the end, our Solution Consultant, Mr Lau Ka Ming also performed a system demo to the participants. Below is the picture taken during the seminar.
