On 29 September 2008, ISL and Trade and Industry Department (TID) hold a CRM seminar entitled as "Improving Customer Relationship Management with Information Technology" which introduced and explained to
our targeted customers on the following topics:
(1) What is customer relationship management (CRM) system;
(2) How can enterprises understand the needs of customers; establish and maintain long-term relationship with customers through CRM system and
(3) Successful case sharing on CRM.
