ISL is the first HK software company certified for the Hong Kong Q-Mark Service Scheme
We honor to announce that our company has obtained the Q-Mark scheme which is presented by Hong Kong Q-Mark Council, Federation of Hong Kong Industries. Our service and management qualities are recognized by the public again.
Over the past few months, the Q-Mark technical team has assessed our company in different areas such as the whole organization of our company, resource management, work environment, service realization and the quality of customer service. Recently, we have passed in all areas.
We successfully applied the Q-Mark scheme that is only the starting point for us to continuously improve our customer service. We promised that will keep the pace and provide quality services that meet the customer needs.
Q-Mark Scheme
Established by statute in July 1978, the Hong Kong Q-Mark Scheme is administered by the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council under the auspices of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. The Scheme has developed into a widely recognised quality certification scheme within the region.
