ISL has stepped into the 25th year. During the past few years, we have experienced a fast pace in development, which is indeed unbelievable. Over the years, we have been taking a role of SME, serving clients mainly in Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta regions, passing through ups and downs with our customers. Since the merge with the CDC Software in March 2008, ISL has been growing rapidly and business teams throughout the world. This, we are not just for the company's strategic expansion; also bring customers with different product lines and backend support. Therefore, ISL has now become a unique software solutions provider, and at the meantime processing the characteristics of both multinational and local enterprise, understanding the needs of enterprises around the world.

Over the past year, ISL has had an exciting development. In early 2009, ISL again co-operated with the Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) and had a valuable interview with Dr. William Cheung – Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science, HKBU, so as to discuss what the academy and the industry should do for the undergraduates to find their ways out; In mid-2009, our flagship ERP product e-M-POWER has launched its v4.8 version and performed successful upgrades for many existing customers, bring them with the new features to improve their work-flow; In August 2009, CDC Software, our parent company, announced pricing of its initial public offering in the American depositary shares (NASDAQ: CDCS); During the fourth quarter 2009, ISL was active in community activities, such as being a guest speaker in the “Golden Egg Sunday” event organized by Hong Kong Science & Technology Park, and giving an academic talk, aimed to increase the interest of the next generations in information technology and deepen their understanding in I.T, so leading them to the right career path and thus, contributing to the society.

Starting with a small team to become a multinational enterprise nowadays, it is all ascribed to your long term support. As usual, ISL’s business plan has been set from the beginning of 2010 and is on-going. We will all witness the efforts and achievements by ISL at the end of 2010.
