Integrated Solutions Limited (ISL), a subsidiary of CDC Software, has been a developer of enterprise software applications for discrete manufacturing since 1985.   With over 23 years of proven experience in information management, ISL is unique and outshines in Hong Kong and Southern China. Instead of doing custom-made work which only emphasize features fitting to one company's needs, ISL places tremendous weight on the improvement of its products and its services to the needs of Hong Kong and the Southern China region, and has built up the reputation of quality workmanship. ISL is a practitioner of Total Quality Management (TQM) and is the winner of the 1994-95 HKMA Quality Award, which is modelled after the prestigious Malcolm Balridge award in the U.S.. Recognitions from the I.T. industry included the Most Outstanding Customized Application Developer Microsoft in 1998 and Windows Server 2003 Challenge from Microsoft in 2004. In May 2004, ISL was the first HK software company certified for the Hong Kong Q-mark Service Scheme which is administered by the Hong Kong Q-Mark Council. Early in its history, ISL received the Certificate of Merit, Governor's Award for Industry 1992. ISL was one of the first "graduates in 1994 from the technology incubation program of the Hong Kong Industrial Technical Centre. ISL is actively involved with the computerisation of the Hong Kong discrete  manufacturing industry. Its user base includes industries such as electronics, watch, toys and furniture. In recent years, numerous joint activities were conducted with the H.K. Electronics Industries Association, the Federation of H.K. Industries, the H.K. Watch Manufacturers' Association, the Chinese Manufacturers' Association, the H.K. General Chamber of Commerce, and the H.K. Productivity Council. ISL is a total solution company. On the one hand, it has established marketing partnerships with major computer vendors such as IBM, Microsoft and HP. And on the other, it continually promotes computerisation through public seminars and training courses, and participation in exhibitions. In 1998, ISL won the "Most Outstanding Customized Application Developer" from Microsoft, it joined hands with Microsoft as one of the six Platinum partners in the MS-SQL version 7.0 launch in the latter part of the year (four of them being SAP, Peoplesoft, SUN System and Compaq). In 2003, ISL cooperated with one of our customers Ansen Electronics Company to participate Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Challenge. In this campaign, about 900 candidates come from 72 countries submitted their solutions to Microsoft. The ISL solution article was selected by the assessment committee of Microsoft. The Third prize was conferred to both ISL and Ansen Electronics Company. ISL's solution solution was the only one selected among the Greater China Region. e-M-POWER, the ISL ERP system is designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in the discrete manufacturing industries. Through this focus and expertise in discrete manufacturing. ISL has demonstrated its leadership by providing solutions that are producing measured benefits and positive returns for our customers. In addition to the company headquarters office in Hong Kong, ISL operates a support centre in Shenzhen, PRC. The company has approximately 150 active customers.
